UK: Free on orders £35+. Otherwise £3.50 flat.
International (US, CA, AU, NZ, EU): £10 flat.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). During launches or sales, dispatch may take an extra day.
UK: 2–4 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent)
EU: 5–10 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked or equivalent)
US/Canada: 7–12 business days (International Tracked)
Australia/New Zealand: 10–15 business days (International Tracked)
These are estimates; carriers may experience delays beyond our control (weather, strikes, peak seasons, customs).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (where available) once your order has been dispatched.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We must declare contents and value on customs forms accurately.

If you need to change the address, contact us immediately at [email protected]—we’ll do our best if your order hasn’t shipped.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or failure to collect, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item(s) minus the original shipping fee.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframes above, please:
check the tracking link and with neighbours/local depot;
contact the carrier; and
email [email protected] with your order number.
For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product.
We can edit or cancel orders before dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll need to follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.
If an item is marked as pre-order or out of stock, we’ll display an estimated dispatch window at checkout. Orders containing pre-order items ship together unless stated otherwise.
We can ship to UK PO Boxes. For some international destinations, PO Box delivery may be limited; if an issue arises, we’ll contact you.
