Apply the oil
Start with dry or slightly damp hair. Add a small amount of oil to your fingertips (a few drops per section – you can always add more if needed).
Massage into scalp & roots
Use your fingertips to gently massage the oil into your scalp and roots for 2–3 minutes, focusing on areas that feel thin, tight or dry.
Smooth through lengths & ends (optional)
Work any remaining oil through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair to nourish and help protect from breakage.
Leave to work
Leave on for at least 30 minutes as a pre-wash treatment, or overnight for a more intensive treatment.
Wash out thoroughly
Shampoo and condition as normal, repeating the shampoo if needed, until hair feels clean and light.
Use consistently
Use 2–3 times per week as part of your regular hair care routine.
Tip: Warm a little oil between your palms before applying to help it glide evenly through the hair.
